JMac Supplies – Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Jmac Supplies


All prices quoted on the website are exclusive of VAT and all sales contracts are consolidated upon despatch of goods.  

Methods of Payment

Electronic Payment - Transfer of funds via internet banking is accepted. Bank details available upon request.

Bankers Draft, Building Society Cheques, Personal Cheques - Should be made payable to J McNally and posted to Jmac Supplies, 73 Dudley Road, Kingswinford, DY6 8XE.

Electronic payment via Paypal is also accepted. An invoice will be raised giving account details.

Cash - On collection or sent via post (at customer’s own risk) to the above address.

Where orders are paid for by cheque or money order, goods will not be despatched until funds are cleared.

Product despatch

Most orders are despatched within 3-5 working days. In the event that the product is temporarily out of stock, or if it is a “Special Order Item”, we will contact you by telephone or e-mail to advise of the expected delivery date.

Deliveries will be made by courier service and charges will be specific to each order.  For orders consisting of 5 items or less, a nationwide carrier will be used. In this case, we would advise that the insurance option is taken for orders with a value of £50.00 or more, as Jmac Supplies will not be liable for any damage or loss incurred in transit.

Upon delivery, it should be ensured that the customer inspects the goods for any signs of damage before signing the delivery documentation. We suggest that particular attention is paid to any fragile items. If there are any issues regarding delivery, please contact us by email ( or by phoning  01384 354040 or 07904 230126.

 Product availability

All items listed in our online store are subject to availability. If the goods ordered are unavailable, contact will be made at the earliest opportunity to advise when they will be in stock. Please note, that in these circumstances delivery dates may be approximate and we recommend that installation of any products is NOT arranged before actually receiving and checking the goods.

We cannot be held liable for any consequential losses, charges, damages or expenses incurred as a result of a delay in delivery.  Alternatively, we will be happy to recommend other products of a similar price and quality which are available for immediate despatch.

Cancelling or returning your order

The customer may cancel an order at any time up to 7 days after taking delivery of the goods. If it is wished to cancel an order once the goods have been delivered, they may be returned for refund provided:

In the case of flat-pack units, they remain in flat pack form, and the items are in a re-saleable condition and must be in their original unopened packaging.

Doors must be in original packaging and must not be drilled or hinged when returned. This applies to exchange or refund.

In both instances the customer is responsible for returning the goods to us and must therefore bear the cost of any returns.

When returning goods, it is recommended that the customer enquires  about ‘damage cover’ with the carrier. If returned goods are damaged in return transit to us, a refund will not be issued. Once received, the customer will be refunded the cost of the goods excluding the original delivery charge.

Damaged or missing goods

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the order for damaged or missing items at time of delivery and preferably before the driver’s paperwork is signed. Any claims for damaged or missing goods must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
